Well it was spring break and we were on the beach and everyone i was with was wanting to just lay out and i wanted to do something like throw a football or a frisbee and they're all just wanting to lay out. What broke it for me is when i threw myself in the deep end approaching 2 extremely attractive girls on the beach and when a wing finally showed up both girls just said "your friend has some balls, he just came up and talked to us by himself, that doesn't happen very often" and it clicked in my head its worth the risk so keep jumping the deel end until you can swim to the other side man!

Everyone is different, what drives you to be confident won't necessarily be what drives me. I couldn't cold approach at all about 6 months ago. what did it for me is realizing that approaching a girl and her rejecting you is NEVER going to affect your life in the grand scheme of things at all. I get rejected constantly but also what has helped me is working out a lot, once i saw a difference in my body i genuinely felt better about myself

I live in athens as well and speakimg from that experience, girls at uga are very intelligent and ready for guys to hit on them when dt. Watch for signs a girl is giving off before approaching to see how receptive they are

What worked for me was mainly my older bro throwing me in the deep end and taking me to bars and i couldn't leave until i approached really just jump in When rejected just say okay smile and walk away seriously its not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, that old saying "there are plenty of fish in the sea" is true there are billions of women out there,why should you give a fuck that ONE of them rejected you

What my older brother used to do to his friend was approach a group of girls to open and then tell all the girls "dont look but my friend over there thinks you're really attractive "and he says that to the ugliest one in the group, and after a while of his friend not getting any hotties because of it he learned to approach

What i did to overcome this is strike up conversations with guys who looked cool and would talk to them for a little bit and then move on the next week to talking to moderately attractive girls and then onto the hotties...this worked for me but idk everyone is different

Try to avoid the oneitis it seems you have started to fall into, but to be seen as a stand up guy don't try and break them up and just let it fizzle out bc it seems like it has already begun to

Best thing i have found is an accountability partner, it doesn't have to be someone who will work out with you every day (although that makes it easier )but someone who will give you shit for skipping a day, mine is also my workout buddy and has never let me have an excuse and i do the same to him
