Body dysmorphia is a mental illness and every effort should be made to treat it psychologically, not physically. People with body dysmorphia often become anorexic in attempt to “fix” their body but no matter how thin they get they don’t see it as enough. There’s no reason to think that the same thing wouldn’t happen with surgery. I’ll get lipo because then I’ll look good.
