Emotions can be contagious, we laugh at laughter, yawn at yawning, and fear is met with fear. Most importantly, ease is met with ease.

I would argue that we need a level of safety. If we don’t feel safe then the people around us don’t either. Much love. Be kind to yourself.

So here’s a good move. On your way to a party or to hang out with others say, “hey, is it alright if I introduce you as my girlfriend.” Normally let them lock you down because she will feel very proud she caught you.

What about a guy who wants to feel good about himself and others. And wouldn’t the idea of seeing other feel good making you feel good be the same the same thing as the first. Flawed logic.

This guy is a football coach and I competed in jiu jitsu and have coached wrestling for youth at two schools. Being competitive has nothing to do with opening up. Getting over failure, looking someone in the eye who coming for you, a large part of competition is emotion. Competition is as emotional as dealing with females if not more. Helping support young men get over defeat is one of the most masculine things you can do.

Mine is great, we talk about work, girls, and in general things we can do to be stronger. We share similar goals and help each other achieve them

Say happy birthday and hold eye contact. That’s all. Sounds like your crushing a bit, which is fine. Get the tingles. It’s fun. Try to talk to new people at the party. Even guys.

Ask your friend to introduce you and share a fun fact about you when they do. Something they will ask questions about.

I’m never going to mirror the way someone sees things. If I disagree I am going to say it. I will also show myself the way I am. I do need to work on listening and such but I don’t want something built on a lie.

Funny thing is if you move on she might get feelings for you. Showing strength after rejection is a good thing. Fake it till you make it buddy. Don’t be afraid to talk to her after rejection but keep it short. Fake it fake fake it and before you know it you will just be stronger.

Not true, I have pursued and got girls. It all depends on the girl. Some are very shy and introverted and have a really hard time pursuing even if they want to. Some don’t even think you would like a girl like them and are so afraid of rejection they won’t pursue. I’m not saying blow them up but there is no shame in pursuing. If it’s an aggressive outgoing female then yes let them pursue you but shy sweet little things need a little a bit of encouragement and for you to make them comfortable bei…
