I can definitely relate. For me, however, I am able to cold turkey everything at once. I will give up all of my vices at once (weed, alcohol, tobacco, porn/jacking off, YouTube). I can do this for months and everything starts going incredibly well. What always inevitably happens, though, is I convince myself I can introduce a vice back in moderation because I've been crushing life. 2 weeks later and I'm back to doing all of them again.

this is exactly where i was too. you just have to suck it up. you'll adjust. obviously ween off until you're only taking 1 hit before bed, then you just gotta quit. if not now, when? i recommend hitting the weights hard af (hopefully you're already doing this), it'll help you sleep

What am I gonna do? Get un-circumcised? If I theoretically had the opportunity to get it undone, I simply wouldn't. I like how it looks compared to the...alternative. I guess I should count myself lucky that nothing bad happened. I'll consider this research if I ever have a son, but my personal experience will outweigh anything outlined here. Good post though.
