There is a real problem of men not reporting it and brushing it off as a crazy bitch. Friend was telling a group about a crazy tinder date and most of the guys laughed at it being a crazy bitch, I spoke up and said he was straight up raped and threatened. Everyone laughed but agreed that is what happened. He could have been in some serious shit if she followed through with her threats.

This happened to my friend in America. They were both from India and when the wife’s mother came down for the divorce the demands, setups, and ignoring court orders went to the insane level.

Whether or not this is true, autistic kids should be treated separate as other children and their teachers should be held to separate rules. My friend was a teacher and a kid attacked her. She has a black eye, pushed him off and ran away. She was let go for ‘hitting’ a child. Later I had friends with a child with downs that was in a home to try to get him adjusted to life. If he was upset he would scream and hit things. Not usually people, mostly the air and a halfway wall punch. Teachers should…

Staying away for some time to step back and recognize the patterns you fell for before, and new ones others play is perfectly reasonable. Completely barring women is letting the one that fucked you win.

Men can not be body positive or whatever the phrase is now. Men can only have chiseled abs and perfect (wording of perfect only applies to men) facial features. Women need to be proud, unappllogetic, and flaunt whatever body their calorie inhaling mouth decided to make them... And any man that doesn't accept them needs to die.

Screenshot in court can hurt a man. Anything he says against her or shows proof of can show how much he wants her to look bad (even if true) or not even looked over at all. Family court judges and mediators are notorious for overlooking these things and somehow finding a way for the father to be at fault.

She will spend the most on it during the next few months to use later saying it takes so much more to raise a child. I'm guessing the tactic is to get a low ball child support agreement so it is already in the courts. Once she has official primary custody, it will be so much easier to get an modification for increase. She will also have a better chance of getting him to pay for all her lawyer fees.

Compared to what she could ask for, that is a low figure. That being said, it doesn't take that much to raise a kid. Income disparity shouldn't mean having to pay so each has the same standard of living.

The sad part is that it sounded like similar posts and I thought it was real... All the way up to breaking the kids knees. It follows the mindset of letting a child choose their gender instead of forcing the gender 'norms'... by forcing the opposite gender norms. Boy? Let him choose by only dressing him in dresses and showing him makeup before girls his age even use it. Girl? Shave her head, dress her in camo, teach her to adjust her crotch to look more manly.

I want to say her hair is a half assed bowl cut that resembles homeless rather than male.or female. Picturing a purple/red/brown color. Body description "a little extra build" tells me that she is most likely a planetary object, as mini-moons tend to describe themselves as average. She will hop on the nearest bandwagon that makes her feel important and unique without any knowledge of what she is actually supporting. Proof of this is her describing herself as a xicanti scholar, the x is the spell…

What's messed up is that she was not permanently banned from teaching and that with all her specialties she is free and clear regardless of contradiction. I'm sorry, but only one year off from teaching for sleeping with a student is absurd. Had genders been reversed and the teacher was male, he would be lucky to get a job a Walmart after he was reported whether the student told the truth or not. There is a letter signed by 50+ teachers and "prominent" feminist assholes that speak for her charact…

There is all.sorta of fucked up shit going on in this. He is gay, she is a leabian... Isralie heritage bridges the gap? "Mr Reitman, who is now a visiting fellow at Harvard, claimed Ms Ronell repeatedly kissed and touched him, slept in his bed with him, demanded he sleep in hers, messaged and called him constantly, and refused to work with him if he failed to reciprocate." Yet, only banned from teaching for s year. I feel like this is the action taken if it was teacher to teacher. However, this …

Alimony, no. Child support, yes. However both parents need to contribute. It pisses me off seeing 50/50 but since one parent is considered the custodial they are getting all the money and not contributing. Not working, going out, and just surviving in child support, isn't for the kids. They can impute income but that just gives her less to survive on. When the kids are spending equal time with both parents, why is one getting money? If a mother has income imputed, I believe she needs to go out a…

Step one, buy a bigger house. Step two, divorce. Step three, sell house. Step four, each ex buys a smaller house. Step five, read newsletter from realtor highlighting new office expansion made entirely from cash based papier-mâché.

If 'cute' guys only wanted larger women, and 'cute' women only dated fat guys... Worldwide obesity would be achieved in only a few years and nobody would be happy.

In the UK it seems that they are specifically protecting minority races and religions with their censorship. I know saying that makes me sound like a douche, but the fact that you can be arrested for posting your dog doing the Nazi salute on YouTube is absurd. He was found guilty. Meanwhile, the same day of his verdict, the media has been banned from reporting about the Muslim rape grooming case, and the one blogger that goes there is arrested, tried, and sentenced the same day... Things like th…

He ban relates to things that have happened. Also, cannot the the word 'nigger' unless you are black, even if quoting song lyrics.

I have mixed feelings. The court doesn't name in documents until guilty, which I thought was awesome. This may have been great at another time, but considering how they censor the media, prosecute for facebook posts, and control what news is published, I think it is scary.

Fucking ADHD medication is such bullshit. 7 year old had a sudden attitude change, later I find out it is because he was on two kinds of ADHD meds and I was never told. So when he would be here on the weekends he would be going through withdrawals. It was Ritalin and another one that I can't remember the name off right now. When I found out about it, I was given plastic baggies with the pills to give, no prescription label, just a hand written note saying blue one in the morning and the white la…

Not illegal if there was not a custody agreement in place yet. Once she has possession of the kids like that, she has pretty much made herself the custodial parent, the starting point for custody. Also, cops will usually say to take it up with family court.

The reason he wore it was to show there wasn't a crime. She called several times with false reports against him. He basically recorded everything for months. It was actually kind of a neat device. It would automatically upload the stream of footage so even if it was taken or broken it would still have everything saved on the stream.

That was exactly why he got it. He actually had to show footage when he got home from work once showing that he got into his car and came home... No stops. Cops were there when he got there. Those things are huge too and he wore it in a lanyard around his neck and looked like a weirdo with it. Imagine coming home from work and having police waiting because your ex said you just punched her when she came over and that never even happened. The most fucked up shit is that she didn't get charged. Sh…

It is bullshit that your significant other can break into your house and deface or steal your shit but because you are going through a divorce.... Even though the judge said that everything needs to stay put during the proceedings, they rarely suffer any consciences. Friend of mine actually started wearing a police cam because his wife was calling the police saying he attacked her. He produced the footage of his day and nothing happened to her for filing a false report. She then had her lawyer f…

Kind of common sense. If one of my kids cry wolf (lie to get another in trouble) they get the same length of punishment or longer than the other would have if they had done what they were accused of.... Clarification: grounding or loss of allowance.
