1	Marital Property? Yea there is a mortgage. My Spouse has power of attorney over my MIL and her SS goes into my wife’s account. From that my wife also has her SS check. And up until 2 years ago my check went into the joint account. So from a technical standpoint the monthly payments were coming from either the joint account or her separate account where both her and her mothers money is deposited.	/r/Divorce_Men	16/12/21 03:37 PM
