1	My Son is being accused of a false rape accusation. I know he did nothing wrong, but I feel like he's going to get into trouble anyway. Need help on what to do. Again, it doesn't seem like OP is from the US, so I don't really know what I'm talking about here. But, I don't know if American courts would allow anything said in the principal's office without an attorney present to be admissible. You can always show up at the meeting without a lawyer and then tell the school that you would like the meeting to be rescheduled when you are able to have your attorney present. You'd be amazed at how school principals can act in meetings like this. I don't know what country OP is in, but I do know that in the US, the principal will probably already have discussed this meeting with the school's attorney and/or law enforcement. 11	[Cross Post] At 18 weeks, a fetus is not a person. If the woman is allowed to destroy the fetus, then the man should be allowed to disown it, and not have to pay child support if the woman decides to carry the fetus into "personhood". As a woman, I completely agree with this statement. If I "accidentally" get knocked up and the father doesn't want the child but I do, I know that I should take full responsibility. I'm on the pill. I've been on it for years. I'm not getting pregnant on purpose any time soon. But, accidents do happen. And, I don't know if I'd terminate a pregnancy at this point in my life.
