all medical is covered in the military and you dont have to inform command of anything that wont effect your duties. Non invasive stuff i know this sounds wrong but getting a mole removed, minor corrective stuff early term pregnancy stuff like that doesnt need to go to command.

I so love their argument... While the guys are pulling on average 1.25 the hours if not more than people like her of course she wont be as far ahead. Idk i would trust a person that is there the same hours as me more than someone that flakes out early for their home life. Yes i understand they have a duty to their kids but that doesnt mean they had to have them in the first place.

i have 120 personal hours and roll over up to a certain amount. Im it at my company and make sure to take at least 10 a year. I started with 7 days at 2 years i was a 15 and at 5 i will be at 20 days personal a year that is grouping all time off sick with kids or whatever. Though there are considerations to work from home if you are sick or have sick kids.

when you have happy workers that can work around their own schedule alot more can get done so long as they get to the required meetings. Being forced to sit from 9-5 just because is idiotic unless you are a service worker infront of clients. I work for a tax accounting firm as the it person. So long as you get in from 7am - 930am you are fine. There is a required amount of hours you have to hit. I do not have that because i am on call but the preparers have 60hr work weeks this time of the year.…

sorry i was interviewed by several child psycs. I have adhd and dyslexia. Everything they told me about the diseases i have was patently false. I had plenty of problems growing up until i moved from the school system i was in to another city. This time i ignored them and took classes i knew i would like and not just take ones that are "easy" still didnt do great but got a 3.0 to graduate where as before i was barely getting a 1.5 if that.

i remember rough housing with my stepdad and friends he is a big guy 300+ but alot of it is muscle. Hes a truck driver so not all of it is. We would try to tackle him and stuff this is when we were 10 or so he would throw us on the couch and stuff or in leaf piles outside.

close to 500 with everything yes. my ruck weighed on average 125+ depending on how much ammo i was carrying in it. 75pound in armor with front side and groin protection kevlar helmet and my saw which was another 26 pounds.

thats not even the worst. ruck sack for 200 pound soldier or marine is 1.5x your body weight on average. add 75Lbs for body armor , kevlar helm is like 2 and weapon ammo molle system you are easily carrying 400lbs. This is why humvees are use much more than they used to.

cali is a special place and you know it. Especially for programmers. There are more tech startups in cali than anywhere in the us. So even in a rural area there are still going to be tech jobs. What you think of as rural is still fairly large compaired to what i was thinking of. Think population 100 rural Small town ohio, wv and that sort of stuff where the highest speed of internet is dsl if your lucky.

good union plumbers make upwards of 150k a year. I know several and we arnt talking in the big apple either this is in pittsburgh. Sure the reason this is lower for most is because most arnt in downtown and are in rural cities where the average income usually doesnt go above 30-40k if your lucky. Then you also have to factor in cost of living most devs need to live near a city and not in the boonies. Even union traniees make 15$ an hour which is higher than low end programmers.

I honestly believe its a generational issue. Im in tech and i have been interested in it since i was young being called a nerd and every other insult under the sun. It was very rare for a girl to be connected to that in any way shape or form. lol i played plenty of halo2 in iraq with my squad mates... They would get so steaming mad because i would end up decimating them. Then we had a big lan even for our company about 15 or so people and they tried playing americas army... yes i know in the army playing a literal army game. They could bairly use my high dpi mouse.
