I totally think I get it. He didn't think he had a problem. Just casually taking painkillers and Xanax illegally every day. Thats ok. Everybody does it. Whatever. Unfortunately people ARE judged on the decisions they make in high school and those decisions will affect the rest of their lives. A solid majority living in the penitentiary and in poverty can attest to that. Yes, a solid majority are fucked because of choices they made in youthful ignorance. That's life. As far as being a product of …

Eerily similar to when we lost MJ... except Michael Jackson was actually talented, had positive lyrics in his songs, was an extremely charitable person , and the world actually misses him. Sure he probably molest those kids but he wrote Thriller so it evens out.

You're seriously trying to make him a victim here. Okay let's go that route... I will agree that he had no choice but to do drugs because he was sad I will agree that it's not his fault he continue to do drugs because he was influenced by the people around him. And of course when people want you to rap about drugs you have no choice but to continue rapping about drugs and keep doing them. I think it's safe to assume that therapy and professional counseling we're not an option for this young man …

Yes I would still hate them. I still hate my buddy Nick for killing himself via OD. He was 15 and mixing cocaine and Xanax because Gucci Mane or Jeezy or someone said it a song. Yes I would still hate lil peep for overdosing if he wasn't a rapper. I'd hate you too if you wasted your life on drugs and died so young you had no real chance to experience life as an adult. I'd you because you broke your mother's heart and she had such big hopes for you. But feel free to change my opinions. What made …

Yeah he was good dude. His fans should OD in solidarity to show their support of this young hero.

Soooo... If you're depressed, doing illegal drugs is fine. Your chemicals are imbalanced so its acceptable to glorify drug use to teenagers. When you overdose it's an automatic tragedy because you have sad feelings all the time that won't go away. I don't think so. And if I remember correctly, depression is usually caused by the illegal drug abuse and withdrawals in people who use them. We don't know if he was doing drugs because he's depressed or if he's depressed because of the drugs. Doctors …

Well, you sound like you've got a good head on your shoulders. I think we agree to a point. It just pisses me off to no end that there are kids out there who don't have the intelligence that you have and will be influenced by gang gang shit. They'll take it as gospel and imitate it. Then try to one-up it. And as parents we're pretty much helpless because only YOU can decide not to partake and not to buy into the culture that you're a fan of. You can love little peep and not do drugs and I can lo…

Have you ever tried snorting Xanax? From what I've heard it's pretty cool and all the cool kids are doing it. Give it a try it's perfectly safe . I mean all the cool rappers are doing it so it can't be THAT bad. We can smoke some Kush and pour up some purp too. Afterwards we should go twerk at the club

By that logic every fan of this guy has bad parents. You don't have to be bad parents for your kids to be influenced by what's "in" with their peer group. I don't really have to defend my opinions because they're just opinions and we don't have to agree. But I doubt you'd let your 14 year old daughter go to a lil peep concert. Am I wrong? If you had a 14 year old who was into this music would you admit you're a bad parent? Of course not. Kids are kids and they like what their friends like. If th…

I'm not a waste I'm just depressed and apparently that makes me a victim and I can do whatever without consequence or judgement. Or am I misinterpreting you defense of this little dead scumbag?

Maybe youre right... Maybe his drug-use-themed rap career was just a character he played and the real lil peep was a church-going fella who regularly volunteers at the local ASPCA and used most of his profits to support a charity he founded to help homeless veterans. Or maybe just this one time it's safe to judge a book by it's cover. Maybe the idiot with facial tattoos who glorifies drug addiction and died of an overdose isn't a good dude and deserves to be laughed at on Reddit. The world is be…

Not exactly. It's the frequency, really. The nervous system runs at about 60hz, so does our standard 120v household electric. Which is why it's so deadly. It causes you to get stuck to the source of electricity with no ability to control your muscles and pull away. Then you're just stuck there literally cooking to death. With a huge amount of voltage you'll require less amperage to get a X amount of watts. The formula is Voltage X Amperage = Wattage. So you can get 100 watts with 10 volts at 10 …

I'm the farthest thing from a tough guy. I bought a stun gun for my lady and tested it for effectiveness. At 1 million volts it barely caused a twitch. So we upped the ante... Full blown cattle prod. All it did was cramp my leg and tingle my toes. But a real Taser... That will put you on your ass and seize every muscle in your body. Go buy a stun gun and do some testing bro, it's not effective at all. Pepper spray is the way to go. Or give your lady a box cutter.

No it doesn't mate. That's a stun gun not a Taser. I have yet to be swept off my feet by any stun gun. Even cattle prods are weak as fuck

It's a stun gun. Tasers will definitely put most people on their asses but stun guns are basically tickle sticks. I prove this over and over again to dummies who think they have a real weapon. Even the 1 million volt ones are useless. They run at such a low amperage and wrong frequency that it's basically a beefed up static shock. You're better off pulling out an 18 inch dildo and swinging it around because who's going to risk being the guy who got a black eye from a dildo?

It's says that the victim has the right to be protected from the accused. While it doesn't say you can't sue (you absolutely can) most judges won't risk a potential violation of the victims rights by allowing you to file what could be considered a harassing or retaliatory suit or charges. My source is personal experience. I wanted sue and file charges on the person who made a false claim on me. They lied on the stand and my attorney had security footage proving I was never there and the alleged …

https://www.justice.gov/usao/resources/crime-victims-rights-ombudsman/victims-rights-act The right to be protected by the accused is so vague that it can be interpreted by judges (and usually is) to disallow any forms of retaliation including civil suits and counter charges. You can sue but most judges will throw it out under the victims rights act.

Exactly. The plea bargain also included a stipulation that he waive his rights to sue the state. Now why would they include that? They gave him the minimum sentence with charges running concurrent with time served. It was just to avoid liability and preserve the conviction rates while not having to admit they fucked up in a major way and allowed the investigation to be botched and the sheriff to publicly slander him in the media

You've never been accused. Trust me on this, you need to prove you're innocent. Juries tend to take the side of the sobbing female even without any evidence. Tyler was in jail over 3 years without being found guilty of anything. Does that sound like the burden of proof was on the accuser? If so then why was he already doing time before being found guilty? No witness and no positive rape kit but still he's incarcerated. Why? Because he's guilty until proven otherwise

Not evidence. It was a plea bargain. He just wanted it over. "Take the plea Tyler and you can get out today without being a sex offender or roll the dice at trial and risk doing 25 years in and lifetime on the registry"

Unfortunately in these cases the courts don't take innocent until proven guilty seriously. That's why Tyler was in jail until trial. If you have evidence he was if fact guilty I want to see it. If he was guilty he deserves everything coming to him. Please tell me you've got the sauce figgy

I don't think this would a realistic conversation for legitimate victims to be having. I believe the message would have contain something at least eluding to him being rough or taking advantage of girls. Definitely unbelievable that rape victims want to send kittens on him for revenge and less believable based on the fact they kept seeing him after the alleged rapes. Sounds like a bunch of girls who are salty because he hit it and quit it

Thanks for posting the source. After reading it I have to say I agree with you. No evidence of a plot to accuse Tyler of rape. But the girls aren't on trial, Tyler is. And I don't see any proof of rape or assault. Based on this source, if I was on the jury I couldn't convict. They did have a plot to fuck up his life and there's proof of that. None of the victims mention assault or rape in the conversation. If that was the motivation for fucking up his life one would think it would be mentioned. …

In cases involving sex crimes yes. Its because if a person was found not guilty and could sue the accuser then less people would be willing to come forward with legit claims. Not guilty doesn't always mean innocent. Wouldn't want to get sued by a rapist after they're found not guilty based on lack of evidence. It's a good law put in place to protect real victims but its being abused by evil little cunts. I bet the girls in this story knew about victim protection laws and that's why they built th…

Chad and Stacey work in the same building. They both have a long time SO. One day the office crew all go out for drinks. Chad gets drunk, Stacey had only one drink. They end up having sex but both regret it afterwards. They cheated. Both of them. In this scenario Chad is a rapist who took advantage of Stacey. Even though Stacey was far less intoxicated than Chad. Both made a mistake and violated the SOs trust. Maybe ruined a dream relationship. Courts take Stacey's side. She got raped. Chad's re…
