"Males" are not a protected class. Gender profiling of men is legal, racial profiling of Blacks is not! I was about to highlight this part as well. I do think parents have that responsibility. I'm just 19, but I was lucky enough to start working on my career in the 7th grade. It wasn't my parents, really, it was just pure determination and motivation. I'm going through college because I want to have a happy family whenever I have one.
