In my case, I can't help but my brain fucks from itself. Last week I was kinda happy. People who are confronted with depression and other problems like that will struggle to find happiness (sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's really hard), and the "fake it till you become it" is utterly bullshit for them. You know, even if everything wasn't always right for you (seems you were depressive), now you are some sort of winner (can't find another beter word atm sry).
