I agree with you. The 1st step are moving your ass, but those steps are often the hardest. Everyone will find its own personal path. In my case, I can't help but my brain fucks from itself. Last week I was kinda happy. And in one night, I feel depressed, unable to do anything, feeling to be a failure, worthless, wish I would be dead. ya, but everyone is different. Shor answer is : you are right. Long answer is : you are partially right. People who are confronted with depression and other problems like that will struggle to find happiness (sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's really hard), and the "fake it till you become it" is utterly bullshit for them. And I am talking from experience.

I don't want to sound harsh or insensitive or anything, but I think it's the kind of post OP makes depressing.
