The grass supplied for the last two world cups was Canadian grass, from Manitoba. Now if you want to promote Canada, why wouldn't you use this same grass for the Women's World Cup? This subreddit is all about gender equality, true gender equality. The cost of playing on grass vs. turf is negligible compared to the money generated from the World Cup.
