I haven't really dug into the fine details of this situation. Has the medical board not done their own investigation? They absolutely can independently suspend her license and keep her from practicing while they decide if she needs psych treatment or simply revoke her license. I'd be very shocked and disappointed if they arent involved in some way.

She thought due to her gender and her enabling white knights that she could get away with assaulting a man. Now she is on trial and likely will lose. We can't conclusively say that it is pass denied yet til the verdict comes down. However, it was certainly not a pass because she is getting consequences - going to trial is a bitch even if you win.
