1	What happens if 50:50 custody/visitation is awarded and then ex decides to move cross states? You will absolutely need a lawyer, someone that can also mediate between the two of you. She's not gonna stop trying to relocate, depending on the "need" for the move. 50/50 is highly unlikely, the court will consider the kid having to travel, how school will work...it really sucks, but unless she's making/selling meth to support her heroin habit, and you can't be presented as the ultimate provider, I'd count on summers and every other holiday.
