Do you think your past financial mistake was a good lesson to a certain degree? It might sound uncool but I sometimes envy a little with people who had a shit past, hit rock bottom, then turned their life around. Furthermore, if one spend money at their 20s for “young people experience” and not go into debt, but also no savings, is that a good life experience then, cause they had fun? Or people who really saved up and didn’t really have fun in their 20s, later on become more well off in their 40…

Thanks for the exhaustive advice. I personally don’t have any debts, being very lucky that my family still supports me. Financial goal or plan? Hmmm.. I guess everyone has a goal of achieving a certain amount of salary or pay. But specifically? I’m far from having a detailed plan since I’m still in university.
