Not necessarily, depends how you phrase it. Maybe end the text with “just saying this incase I caused any confusion” or what you said. I wouldn’t change the topic at all in the second text, just follow on from the one prior and leave it at that

Women have always had a problem of thinking they’re more important and more desirable than they actually are, online. I’m also having this problem, I find myself giving up quite easily due to the fact of either 1. How dense they are, or 2. It’s like talking to a brick wall. Hopefully we can see the light soon and get back to our ordinary lives

When culture comes in and when family is involved, it usually won’t go your way. Cambodia is one of those places where culture is almost like their be all and end all. She sounds very family orientated and like you said, she seeks approval and wants to impress. This isn’t a good start especially taking into account that she’s closed minded. Maybe you can change her, ask yourself if it’s worth it
