Agree with recording or documenting everything. He needs to also bring a witness with him who can record interactions from now on. If the soon to be ex wife says that during a time when they are changing custody of the child that he hit or pushed her he will be charged faster then sonic. Heard a story where a guy spent 6 months in jail trying to fight the he pushed me charges. Make sure he protects himself.
