The Red Pill is more about becoming a high quality man. Part of that is understanding the different between men and women. I personally don't subscribe to the AWALT idea. I think it's one of the more toxic things being pushed around here. I think that all PEOPLE have the potential to be that way. Everyone wants to be with a high quality person. For me, when I get my diet in order and eat clean and workout HARD every evening I sleep well at night and have tons of energy during the day. If you currently eat a lot of sugar or carbs cut them out and see if you notice a change. It sounds to me like you're experiencing brain fog .
