I wouldn't count on it. If there's one thing Crazy is good at, it's dragging down good-natured folk with them. Not to crush OP's hopes and dreams or anything, but his daughter is just as likely to grow up hating him as she is hating her mother.

I've taken some flak from "manly men" for carrying pepper spray No matter how hard the odds are stacked in your favor, you get into a fight, you're gonna take at least a hit or two. Why fucking bother? Pepper spray neutralizes the threat and keeps you out of a potential hospital visit (even if you "win" the fight). If nature favored the biggest and strongest, grizzly bears and blue whales would be running this planet. But they're not. Nature favors the smartest.

You got lucky. Something like that ever happens again, don't wait for the police to show up. You call the cops first. From the situations like that I've seen, the cops are more sympathetic to the person who calls first, just because they called first. Hell, call them while she's still there throwing your shit around. Now they know which one is psycho and which one is in trouble.

If they actually go so far as to call themselves "feminist", they're already crazy. That's the main reason everyone thinks all feminists are as fucked up as the lady the article was ranting about. The people who are fighting for women's rights and actually making progress aren't the ones writing blogs and accusing random strangers of hating women. In fact, even if he DID hate women, anybody with more than two brain cells would know that staying up all night thinking of a clever joke about mucous…
