| 11 | You don't see men just going around wearing sleveless shirts because its too hot now do you?Honestly I agree 100%. Dress code is dress code and you can't pull the gender card on that. But I'd rather see steps taken to allow men to wear dress shirts with sleeves rolled up to their elbows or polos or something that would allow men to stay professional without sweating their butts off over barring people from press conferences or important affairs.
