Given what we can glean from this video, she appears to be a bully. Now we can be quick to rush to judgment on all accounts, but nothing about this video is what we as humans are striving to become. That said such power struggles play out at all levels of society & it's satisfying that in this video the underdogs seems to win out. Probably because we constantly feel the weight of an ever less hospitable civilization & ever bigger hammer driving us quicker with every stroke 6 feet in the dirt.

I mean to some extent they're saving him too. Even if it's not a criminal offense, severaly injuring someone will be met with ramifications in most jurisdictions. I've met quite a few people in my line of work that accidentally hurt or killed someone in a fight, & while it may have been justified they paid a price. The avg 16yo boy is stronger than 99% of women, & she's very obviously not a trained fighter or weight lifter.
