I'm in France, while the country sure is cucked af, women aren't pushed into IT that way. I think if you get the right specialization, one where you need a high level of programming skills, this problem doesn't occure. But wages are low anyway.

Man, i do agree with you, but imagine that, half the people are stupider than average and marketing teams can take adventage of that. Marketing isn't targeted towards smart people, that's why most smart people think it's useless but it sells. A lot. For example, Apple products rely solely on marketing and right now, it's one of the biggest, richest tech company. That's why marketing is paid more, they produce a lot of money.

I think loyalty goes with respect, so if you're loyal to someone who doesn't respect you, he's gonna use you but if you're respected it's way less likely you'll be betrayed and if the other dude does betray you, he's gonna feel bad about it. I don't think respect is a female value either, they can fear or admire, not respect.
