There may be plenty of jobs in the firefighting service for weaker people, moving gear, administering first aid, driving the truck. Yep you read that right, quota for female firefighters OK but helping men become teachers would "unlawfully discriminate on the grounds of gender". 5	Last week my 22 floor office building had a fire alarm. We have fire drills every year so no one was concerned and everyone started down the stairs in an orderly way. Then we smelled smoke and heard sirens. The stairs were very packed and slow moving and many of the women started to panic... Who is going to determine the order? A company race? 5	Why do women teachers like me treat being a boy as an illness? They would always pace around the classroom as they lectured I had never thought of it before but every male teacher that I found truly engaging and that I looked to as a role model did that...
