7	Could I have handled this better? Frankly, men have a lot to fear from strangers on the street at night as well. Say I go home from work, I have to walk from the subway to my house. I'm wearing a suit and tie. Some young guy in baggy pants and a sweater is coming towards me... He could decide to mug me because I look like I have money. He could just pull a knife and stab me without saying a word before taking my wallet while I'm on the ground bleeding to death. Muggings are more common than rapes.
