Yea, long story short, it was the DMV that gave me the DUI. Apparently there's a hearing with some fucking desk jockey at the DMV when you're caught with the keys in the cab while inebriated. I was only charged with public intoxication, but found out about the DMV bullshit too late.

Don't worry, this was posted in /r/rage and /r/Bad_Cop_No_Donut and the outrage was universal. Turns out she barely brushed the cop's pants and ended up with facial fractures and missing teeth. Cops said in their report that she was assaulting them, or some bullshit. To say it was disproportionate is beyond an understatement.
