If either party files for divorce they can freeze the assets of the other (bank accounts, retirement accounts, etc ) and ask for a TRO (temporary restraining order) which effectively removes them from the house. It can take 30 days or more to get the accounts and TRO sorted out. If a divorce seems imminent there is often a "race to file first".

"Fuck my daughter" in your context does not mean she doesnt love her daughter or does not care. It means "I don't want to talk about my daughter right now." Thats all. Don't read too much into it.
