Congrats dude, good luck. I am a manager for a small credit union and I just want to caution you (and anyone else) who has a relationship with a bank employee, especially if your finances are there. Remember, we can see all your transactions. Unless you ONLY use cash, we know your life. Be careful if you lie about something she can verify. And, without question, she looked at your account after this, so I hope you're financially sound.

Looking beyond the "seduction" aspect, how did you build the life you wanted? One of the common mantras here is that if you build the life you want and you are happy and confident, the women will come to you. What was your career trajectory like? Have you lived in NY your whole life, or did you make a large move, leaving behind everything you had in pursuit of something new? I'm curious how everything else you've done, besides women, has made your dream come true.

God, Tyler has been one of the biggest influences on how I managed to get my shit together. If it wasn't for discovering this god damn community three years ago I'd still be this little cry-baby bitch. I love how inspirational his videos are, and that they eschew the traditional PUA methods in favor of actually making yourself a better person!

A brilliant read, and inspirational too! I love the tone you conveyed and the descriptive/observational way you walked through the events. Somewhat off-topic, but my guess is you're a big reader based on the way you write. Who are your favorite authors?

She's leaving town in a week to go back home after graduation. I'm staying at college for another year. I don't things are going anywhere, and to be honest, she's a good friend but I don't believe I'd want to date her. Maybe an "if I'm ever in her area I'll look her up" kind of relationship, but I think it's over.

Right on the lips. She looked surprised, but there's been sexual tension for a while (part of the reason I tried to avoid her for so long. Back in my "bitch days" she came over and we watched a movie, in retrospect, giving my every sign that she wanted sex, but I never escalated because I was a) scared and b) inexperienced). I've realized that in a lot of situations, you let the girl decide the boundaries. If you set limits, you'll always wonder what COULD have happened. If she had been uncomfor…

As well as you'd think! I've never written up a FR just 'cause I don't have that much motivation to, but for a short one: Got there a few minutes late (purposefully), went in for a hug/kiss/apology, led her to the bar where the bartender recognized me got my drink started (social proof). Hand on back the whole time at bar, led to a table. First thing she says "Wow, you're totally different from how I remember you. You look awesome, too!" (I've lost quite a bit of weight since our last encounter)…

Thanks CurveBall, I appreciate the input and always love the advice you give. You definitely cut to the root of the problem, and I totally agree that I set up the wrong frame of our interaction too long ago when I had to clue what I was doing with women, and I don't know if I'll be able to overcome it, but damn will I try. Agree with it all. Kino/escalation iss a given, and an early kiss is planned. This'll be the biggest thing for me to keep in mind: "Do night try to weasel her back to your pla…

I'm meeting up with an old friend this evening, and we've both demonstrated interest in each other in the past but nothing ever happened, mostly because I was a giant bitch. Since finding Seddit a few years ago, I've made big changes and completely changed as a person; I'm confident I can F-close if I play my cards right tonight, and this is probably the last chance I'll ever see her. However, it's finals week. She agreed to get a few drinks, but "only for an hour, deal?" How do I progress past …

Thank you for this. I'm a big Camus fan and appreciate your take on this concept of Don Juanism. As others have stated, some conclusion or underlying grand theme is missing, but this article is an interesting read. While I appreciate the outer/inner game stuff of Seddit, I always love the occasional analysis with literature to highlight the core tennets we try to adopt when getting into The Game. Look forward to more!

A long time ago when I first started reading Seddit, I came across a tip that went "Imagine every girl you walk up to you're getting a blowjob from them. Your eyes will naturally be more calm, you'll fall into an aroused state, and escalation or steering of the interaction into a sexual nature will feel easier." (Paraphrasing) I thought that was a miracle quote. And I started adopting that mindset. Try it out in a mirror. Just look into it normally, then pretend (as weird as this is), you're get…

You see, that's actually some really cool stuff! Sci-fi books are not the norm, and it's nice to be completely immersed in a whole fantasy world. Convey that to people! So often sci-fi is termed "nerdy" or "geeky." Perhaps it is. Fuck those people who think so. I want to hear more about this. What draws you to these books? Is it that they take you to another world and let you exercise your imagination? You probably have a lot of great mental images of characters you've read about. What makes the…

The success of that investment SHOULD be your personal happiness. Look, if you're ONLY interest is getting women then that's your hobby. Plain and simple. That's what you're working towards. In the same way I try to bike farther distances, or someone returns to painting to try to create "their masterpiece" or a DJ returns night after night to spin records, they're doing these things to get better at them. That's what a hobby is, and they seek out communities that support these hobbies. Cycling t…

Passions are things that make you happy. If you don't enjoy doing them or are doing them to attract women, they aren't passions and you shouldn't be pursuing. They simply won't hold up over the long term and she'll see right through you. One of the great things about this subreddit is there's so much focus on self-help and personal development that you NEED to get a solid foundation of yourself before attracting others. Case study, because that's what you're interested in. When I first joined Se…

You've got a lot of great stuff already in this thread, and all of it is golden. As for the song you've used as an example, I'd like to say that it HAS worked inadvertently for me already, so don't discount it. Bitches love Sam Cooke (not what you posted, but he has a great rendition of Summertime). Here's the thing: if you can show passion about WHATEVER you put on, you're set. But if you want the mood to deepen, you can never go wrong with some Bossa Nova. Stan Getz, Antonio Jobim, or even Joa…

Trust me, it helps considerably. Start by doing them to yourself: in front of the mirror, getting out of your car...a little at a time. Eventually, once you've begun to develop some confidence, you'll catch yourself doing these poses without even realizing it.
