Thank you for sharing bro, I have seen that video a few times before and it is a great help! I have given up gaming for 2017 and onto my 6th day so far! I have replaced it with dancing and I can feel myself getting better and more confident, I just need to re-read the "Honest Action" part of models and put it into practice and I should be good on the seduction front too!

As a 21 year old who's addicted to FIFA 17 who dances in his spare time but keeps prioritising FIFA I needed this. How do you overcome a gaming addiction? EDIT: Thank You all for those who responded! /u/Sarayde FIFA 17 has an addictive game mode called FUT Champions Weekend League - 40 Games for good rewards and that's what I'm hooked to right now. I will have to stop. I'm thinking about giving my PS4 to my bro to take to uni. /u/Veganski You are right. This is what I need to do. /u/Fairhill1 I …

Awesome! I really appreciate that. I feel that the Paco Rabanne One Million was advertised a little too much at the time of release imo.

I really appreciate how much detail you have gone into writing that. I currently sit with Paco Rabanne One Million, Ralph Lauren Black Polo and Mont Blanc Legend on my shelf. I just switch it up really lol. I should probably try AGD and TFBO sometime.

Mine too. 3rd time Reading. I think I'm going to have to add his Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck and No More Mr. Nice Guy to that list too. At this rate, I'll be reading a book every month for every year!

I'd highly recommend Mark Manson's other book! The subtle art of not giving a fuck is even better in my opinion! I will make a post about it soon.

Thanks for sharing! I'd say eye contact is one of the key ones. What you should do in a public space is make eye contact with as many strangers as possible and make sure that they look away first. I do it often when I'm in a train station and I have to get from one line to another (I live in London). This should boost your confidence up naturally. Then as you are walking around, take notice of your posture and correct it to be as described in the video. I hope this helps! :)

Bro where in the UK are you from? I'd go with you next year if you're near London :)

Upon reading No More Mr. Nice Guy, Dr. Robert Glover proposed the best solution. The best way to properly go about masturbation is to do healthy masturbation. This is done by not fantasising about women but just solely by focusing on the sensations of your male organs, ie. how does it feel? You needn't ejaculate each time but you should focus on pleasing yourself, like during sex, instead of working hard to please the other person. NB: I'm not sexually experienced, this is just what I have read.

"You Are Better Looking When Listening For most guys using their seductive face (lips, sleepy eyes) makes them way better looking than their social face (big smile, open eyes). You might not consider yourself goodlooking but few guys making a seductive face will be considered bad looking by women. Go to a mirror right now and try it out for yourself. Seductive Face Did you notice the difference? Seductive Listening You are way better looking when you are listening vs. when you are talking. Shut …

Ok I'm a bit curious, how come PUA's like 60 say not to smile but some people are encouraged to smile? /u/throwawaypua I might need your help on this one!

I just hope it doesn't start a shit-storm of these kind of videos though, it is very smooth yes. But it's not as informative as when it is broken down into bits that can be analysed. I'd say allow it on this occasion but if anymore like this come through they should be removed.

Just curious, is there a special way to getting dates in the holidays?

That's where confidence is, like I said it's subtleties, not big things. Especially shy girls, you need to be just brushing there arms or just do something playful like a staring contest or a thumb war.

maybe a bit of kino escalation? She may have been uncomfortable without the subtleties.

Is the following text message too full-on? Hi (girl's name) I've noticed you've been working hard this year so I think you deserve a treat. Let's go to "PlaceName". You can stay at mine if you need a place to stay. NB: she's from out of town, that's why I said the last bit.

What to talk about on a first date in order to keep her interested?

"Where did you two meet?" "McDonalds..." Jk, way to go man that's actually pretty clever.

I need advice for clubs, I feel that girls become a lot more rude in clubs and therefore harder to open sets etc.

Also, I'm no pick up artist, but it's best done secretly, without others knowing. So that you don't reveal too much in one go, otherwise you'll come across as boring. So for example, go to the gym and put the handwork in but there's no reason to brag about it otherwise you'll come across as a gloater.

Well I was going to see a comedian with her but I wanted to do a sort of warm up thing and go to a comedy club. Any tips for a plan of action or shall I just leave it?

I too found a girl that was flaking on me. How long should I wait to ask again? More info: I asked her to go and see something on Tuesday (Today) and she originally said yes. I then asked her to come out last friday then she said she was away until Tuesday night. However, I'm 80% sure she was lying because when she was asked to come into college during half term for extra homework, she said she might be working.

My best advice is probably to block her on social networking sites, you said she isn't a saint and isn't worth the trouble. There are better and hotter girls out there that are more likely going to be interested in you. Just focus on yourself and keep meeting more and more girls and you'll have forgotten about that girl in no time.

Good point, you have to keep on growing. I can't imagine myself being good at sex, to begin with anyway. Thank you for your help though. I'm studying psychology and we're doing stress at the moment. My teacher said something like, married men live longer. I just feel a lot more social pressures like having sex when I hear things like this. That's why I do want to have it, but I don't want to wait until I'm 25 to have it.

Thank you for posting this, I'll openly admit this is my real account. I'll also admit I've never had a girlfriend. But I think I've let the fact that not having sex has affected me. I'm easy to get along with but I still don't think I'm the best me yet. I think in general, I need to work on my own personal goals. I'm the type that would help other people reach theirs normally. But I think it's making me come off as a try-hard. Was the first girl you had sex with a virgin at the time too and was…
