I dont really think many are against it, but it does provide a very hypocritical example for arguments sake. Another arrow in the quiver to use

i always enjoy this one. human assaults (kicks in the balls) larger human and gets hit. Assaults larger human again and gets hit so hard they bounce off and breaks glass. As i tell everyone of my friends, weight classes exist for a reason. Dont go picking fights you know you cant win.

it bothers me that Tucker treats this like some taboo hush hush dont let mom and dad hear you talk about it subject. your a grown man, the words foreskin (insert cable guy joke here) or clitoris should not make you blush.

i think its about time we all accept the fact that when it comes to mental tasks we are all on the same playing field (ie, we can all learn, train, be smart, etc...) but when it comes to physical tasks we are not all the same, i dont understand how people can not see that as fact, outside of some statistical outliers. and if those outliers want to participate physically then thats awesome, but dont put my life at risk because you can physically do the work.

i have a few friends that firemen and the 2 women on the force are not capable of doing what they do. They also had slower test times and are required to do less to "qualify". Same goes for the few female cops that I know.

I want to see health care provided to everyone, so that argument means nothing to mean beyond an illogical approach by the young lady. where she really fucks up is when approached with the auto/life insurance proposal and she does not know what to say. But everyone just wants what benefits them, rarely looking at the greater good for everyone. It just really bothers me when people cant listen to reason, i have never been given a logical and sound argument and then said "nope, doesn't matter what…

i am not saying your county is incorrect in doing so. But in a situation where the taking of a life is done with purpose and no remorse I feel that the answer is to take that person out of the gene pool. A sociopath is best to be dispatched, not rehabilitated, at least in my view.

I used to get in this confrontation all the time. Working in NYC I carried a backpack everywhere, so when I came back home (Detroit) I would get stopped walking into places all the time and had security ask me "can I search your backpack" (this was 1998-2005).. I always said "do you search every woman's purse?" sometimes it escalated, sometimes they gave up, sometimes I got kicked out...but I always managed to get my point across.

I love Jenny McCarthy saying they are not physically equal...your right, and would you even be talking about this if it was a little fella with a Napoleon complex doing the same thing to Shaq?
/r/PussyPassDenied27/03/15 01:33 AM

keep in mind you will go away for longer than that if you try to avoid paying your taxes. No one is saying that the years are justified, but they are equal to if a man did the crime and thats the point here. rewriting sentencing terms is a thing that for sure has to be done. Attempted murder is 10-15.....so because you are a bad shot you should be given a break. sentencing is fucked across the board.

one of my favorite points to make some people aware of goes like this...1)do you think companies will do anything to make money? (usually they agree)... then 2)so if the wage gap is true, then why wouldn't companies hire all women to theoretically keep their payroll down?
/r/MensRights10/10/14 12:39 AM

is this not common sense? people should not hit people, if you do you may get hit back, its a simple process. You dont see little guys hitting big guys and not expecting to get knocked out

I dont believe in much, but I do know that life has a funny way of working out for people like this...somewhere down the line she will pay for it, and we will never even get to have the joy of knowing how bad things got for her.

Seems obvious to me, if you cover a persons song for use in a commercial you have to get permission/clearance and you have to pay them. The beastie boys dont want goldieblox money, and never gave permission to use their creative work on the commercial. But I do like where this pushes the limit of fair use.

Ok I know this is not going to end well, but I dont think she should be punished as harshly as she was. But I also dont think a young man should be punished in the same situation, so my position is consistent. I think its absurd that someone can be jailed for this, which is basically a technicality. They went to the same school for christ sake! I know at least 20 people who should be in jail for the same thing. with that being said, I understand the eye for an eye argument, but that argument mak…

this is not an MRA case where everyone should be upset about the law being more lenient towards women. This is a case where the law should be changed and we should be happy for everyone if this young lady is found innocent. Now if she was in college and her girlfriend was 14 I could see a problem, but if they both go to the same school (both being in HS not a k-12 situation...dear god) I see no problems with what they are doing, male or female this situation has to be corrected. And to look at i…

is it surprising that such an average actress with such above average looks wants to keep up the status quo? She knows people are not watching her for her skill, they watch because she is in the top 1% of attractive women (much like the rest of hollywood is). why do these other women care how she does it? or are they just pissed because no matter what they do, the shitty genetic hand they were dealt wont ever let them look like that? I am not saying that sex in and of itself is dangerous (and rarely earth shattering..lol), but an undeveloped mind and personality leads itself to bad decisions, those bad decisions can have long lasting negative mental affects. That was the point I was trying to make....

see the word "consent" is the tricky thing here. Because no doubt two people of the opposite sex at age 50 and 14 can do what nature put them here to do, but is a 14 year old cognizant enough to truly know what they are getting themselves into.

I have had this conversation many many many times with the same outcome. Its just part of the system that sucks, kind of like pissing outside and when you get caught you are put on a the sex offender list for indecent exposer. At some point good and bad always overlap and right at those edges are were people get screwed.

I pointed this out many years ago to a few colleagues of mine. I saw them all hiring only attractive women as their interns, and their response was "I want something to look at while at work". I pointed out that if you only give women internships, as their gain experience and move up in the company its going to become a problem. I have worked with women my entire career, and I have only seen one hire a man for a position. Now I see entire offices where women dominate everything but ownership and…
