You're right. Didn't think about it. If your coworkers are like a neighbourhood, you might try to influence them. But it's better to avoid the bureaucratic, feminized and PC work environment. Maybe we need to recreate the sense of communuty neighbourhoods offered first. After that, we can influence the people within them.

If we do not work to influence our society, it will become even worse. Men have to take control of their environment. We need to raise kids and do it in a healthy, wholesome way and acquaint them to the teachings of the Red Pill, while also making them self-reliant and responsible for their actions. If we leave the nurturing of our children to this womanized environment, it will hurt them. We all need to take control.
