Get activities that arent solitary. Social activities like acting, music, dance, sports, volunteering, speech, leadership, etc. Even just going to a group therapy, or community meeting where people talk. You will naturally pick stuff up from forcing yourself to be around people. ESPECIALLY from being around the same people repeatedly that you get to know more and more after repeated interaction. Resist the urge to isolate when you feel bad.

theres also a lot of factors like location where the culture, demographics, beauty/wealth standards, and competition can differ a lot.
