Men like wide hips in relation to the waist.

You're essentially an easily replaceable drone your pay has a lot more to do with how people like you than anything else. That said, people in key places probably aren't going to like you if you're notorious for abusing breaks. I wouldn't be asking for a raise based on this story.

You're giving up someone who might take a bullet for you or hide a body because he's annoying sometimes. Nice job. So alpha or something.

You should at least be knowledgeable about any affirmative claims you choose to make that are objectively falsifiable, considering that in your entire post you made exactly one such claim-and you fucked it up entirely. Edit: some fragile egos in here

Despite the fact that many women sport such a body I can't tell if you're being serious but they were seriously anatomically impossible. Waists smaller than their heads, and like size 2 feet. There are women that do look more like Barbie (god bless them,) but seriously at least fact check the stuff you bothered to post that is actually objectively checkable and not just some theoretical opinion piece.

You don't have to be very well-read to know that genetic abnormalities that greatly reduce your chances of reproducing are as old as life itself. This is like, what, grade 8 education here?

You'll lose any ROM you don't actively work in major movements. If you're not stretching to maintain ROM above and beyond what is used specifically in the weight room, you're doing it wrong. In any case that isn't specifically due to putting on muscle mass. Just look at professional athletes: big, strong, and flexible.

I can't help but feel this is a kneejerk reaction to certain shifting political climates. The only legit studies I've seen linking any health related problems to weed consumption are: 1) In very young people (so regulating like alcohol makes sense.) 2) In a very small subset of the population (psychological disorders,) this is true of basically any psychoactive substance besides tobacco, which shows a small protective effect, but is heinously bad for your physical health. 3) Lung irritation (not…

After Brexit and the election of Trump we have at least 50% of the population (if not much more in secret) being willing to see things in ways that aren't "Politically Correct". You have to remember a lot of people are just party voters, or single issue voters (which essentially makes them party voters.) This is pretty apparent in every POTUS election, the split is almost always a 50/50 regardless of the personality of the candidates.

The first part is I am unsure what point you are trying to make. A made up stat: 35% of people have smoked pot. A terrible deduction from that made-up stat: 35% of people are high right now. Im guessing match didnt reveal it by sex because it would be evidence sloots gonna sloot. Making outright guesses based on a preconceived notion like that only puts the rest of your arguments (which tend to be similar) in question. Information first, deduction second. Be scientific about it.

So people will generally be more likely to remember those behaviors solely because they are interesting. And the person displaying said behavior will probably end up being counted multiple times if tracked on an anecdotal basis, because they behave in ways that make people initially welcome them into a new s…

Eh, they were both driving wrecklessly (playing chicken.) According to the article he exited the vehicle are was struck shortly thereafter, which is major league stupid. Like, give that guy the MVP, no one is more stupid, ever, even with brain damage. From what I've seen regarding diet: one size does not fit all. Personally I've only had good experiences with a CKD, but only with two full days of higher calories, predominantly carbs, for both bulking and cutting. One day load? Garbage, didn't work. Straight keto? Only worked well cutting. IF? Total garbage, low energy all the time, shitty workouts, no progress.

Seems to me this sub is about changing your own behavior in an attempt to take advantage of a woman's base nature rather than trying to change women to conform to your own expectations of reality. Most of the conflicts that seem to arise between TRP and other subs is regarding the analysis of what that that base nature is. Please read the China Study. holy shit, their entire point on protein causing cancer is reliant on exposing organisms to a specific, known carcinogen beforehand solely in rats, and then make the jump to it applying to humans because rats and humans need a similar amount of protein in their diet. If there was a study that found that populations who smoked tobacco daily suffered from way more lung cancer than populations who don't, you would absolutely be willing to admit that tobacco is the cause. I've linked studies where the people who conducted the studies themselves, with controls, and well sampled data make that conclusion themselves.

And we've done that. You're constantly switching from fat content vs none to meat vs none. Also, the study itself states "but the relationship is not well established" because they aren't separating people who eat "vegetarian" in the form of all boxed food and vegetarians that eat all whole foods, because people who are "vegan" are much more likely to have whole food in their diets than non-vegetarians. You'll notice there isn't a "eats meats and eggs and fruits and vegetables" group anywhere. C…

I'm confused. If we had a study, for example, where patients who were clinically diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and we were able to completely reverse it with a specific diet plan, would that not be proof that the specific diet plan reversed the cancer? Unfortunately his own study is all people who already suffer from severe CVD. Mediterranean diets already seem to be about as cardioprotective as moving from a typical Western diet to any whole food diet in general populations, but he's recommending against that. I'm saying that causation in healthy population hasn't been established. If this were the case I imagine something as prevalent and well-studied as CVD and blood panels would actually come out and state a causal relationship. "The lower the LDL cholesterol, the better". No, no we do not. For primary care they provide no net benefit to mortality rates in either sex. They are effective in people with a history of heart disease but that is a biased sampling. And that study is looking at people who eat whole food diets versus a "Western diet." There's a lot more than a difference in fatty acid content.
/r/TheRedPill15/12/16 10:50 PM

And where is your randomized, controlled trial linking those diets to actual cardiac events? The best I've seen is one that had to literally eliminate the control group to reach the conclusion you're implying here. Edit: this isn't even mentioning the fact that this study didn't even control for fat type or source, yet you're still making claims for veganism. Edit2: you're also ignoring significantly higher increases to HDL levels, lowered triglycerides, and greater weight loss

Why chase a squirrel/deer/bird if you can just pull shit out of the ground and eat it? Because, unless you're a farmer, you're going to spend too much time looking for food for it to even meet your base caloric needs. A single adult big game animal could sustain one person from a few weeks (deer) to almost an entire year (bison) if you're able to preserve it properly. Regarding bone marrow and brain tissue: these don't even have particularly high saturated fat content for meat, and most of that tends to be stearic acid which converts rather readily to monounsaturated, and they are also incredibly high in omega 3.

Your body naturally recycles essential amino acids everyday that get re assimilated with new amino acids from your diet. Efficiency doesn't matter to your body, it will be able to sustain muscle mass as long as you are eating enough protein. Human dietary protein requirements are extremely low. Non-agrarian foods don't have enough protein to meet 50-60g. Like I've said, it's like 10lbs of spinach, 100 walnuts, 4000kcal worth of (most) fruits every day assuming you're using them with 100% efficie…

You only need 0.8g/kg of healthy body weight, which isn't that much at all, it comes out to be 50-60g for most adult men. You can even eat fresh fruit all day and be fine. This You'd need to be eating around 4000 calories from fruit to get to those levels. Or four pounds of spinach. Or 100 walnuts. Sampling entirely sick people to find out what is making them sick sounds pretty meaningful to me. Finding out what is making them sick without a continuous control group is shitty sampling. "Finding out" from blood panels for people entirely post-heart problem would be a much better test of deciding what a heart attack does to your blood panel than what kind of blood panels will lead to a heart attack. It assumes that the heart attacks don't cause a distinct change in blood lipids themselves. A…

Blood panels by themselves aren't really meaningful. Nor are studies that sample entirely sick people to draw conclusions. we shouldn't be consuming the products that give it to us "The products" having no consensus. When calories is what makes you lose weight or gain weigh Because "losing weight" or "gaining weight" are only sound goals for the morbidly obese and dangerously malnourished, respectively. how is that different from eating whatever you want with common sense? Because you're putting a strict time limit on the "eat whatever you want" phase of your diet. The rest of the time you're force to make dietary choices that are highly satiating. FYI you're much better off cutting harder than .5lb/week, if…

Generally studies don't really get into subtypes. That said the only fats that they've bother to associate with actual morbidity in otherwise healthy populations rather than extrapolating from blood panels in people who already have health problems are artificial trans fats, with some meta-analysis displaying poor longevity in people with very low omega3:6 ratios. For everything else the results tend to conflict with each other.

how is anabolic diet planning for macros/micros/calories? Aim for a weekly caloric surplus or deficit depending on if you're cutting or bulking, aim for a 60/40 fat protein split during weekdays and limit carbs to 30g/day, and a 50/40/10 carb fat protein split on the weekend. Generally you do not restrict calories during weekends and fibrous veggies are not counted towards anything. How is anabolic diet better than eating whatever the fk you want Generally it allows people to have a social life …

The sources linked for cholesterol is either just looking at blood profiles (which don't even mention cholesterol subtypes,) and the morbidity studies are looking at unhealthy populations or opinion polls. Srsly.
/r/TheRedPill08/12/16 08:46 PM

There are several subtypes of LDL and HDL, not all of them are markers for disease, and many of them depend on outside factors (overall lipid profile and triglyceride levels) and none of your sources seem to take that into consideration.

a lot of saturated fat increases your LDL cholesterol It mildly elevates a subtype of LDL not associated with disease. omega-6 correlation Well, it's from too high a ratio of O-6 : O-3, which is very common in the US as essentially any heat processing or exposure to oxygen completely destroys omega 3, and most vegetable oils already have very high omega 6 levels. You entire premise relies on the assumptions that people can estimate their intake by eyeballing food with any accuracy, and that eating shit quality foods will not increase your caloric intake outside of a controlled (measuring foods) setting. Both assumptions are false. Edit: I'm assuming that your use of "just go to [website]" means that you're 6 feet tall and 140lbs.

You just need to magically eat the exact right number of calories, despite not measuring the food and humans being essentially unable to eyeball calories, especially when you're doing a seefood diet. And FYI the anabolic diet is one of the few ways I've seen to eat where you can eat pretty much whenever you want, get excellent results, and still be able to eat like a fat guy and have a few drinks on the weekend without it effecting you much. It's similar to cyclical keto. Also, I'm going to gues…

Like I said, who the hell wants to weigh everything they eat and be hungry all the time? Most good diets rely on a large volume of fibrous vegetables to be successful. You're describing people making the stupidest nutritional choices possible within in a set of rules. That's your stupid, lazy standard for conduct.

Weighing is the only accurate means of measuring your food unless you are eating only single serving packages. People who are trying to eat less generally underestimate their calories, people who are trying to eat more are generally overestimating their calories, and eating shit tier food is going to make you hungry. There is very little "common sense" here, and most of it revolves around eating the right things rather than assuming eating a mystery amount of shit food will result in success.

Atherosclerosis is caused by a bad cholesterol profile, not too much saturated fat or cholesterol. Saturated fat itself has a negligible effect on your lipid profile and cholesterol only affects a very small segment of the population. Generally problems with blood vessel inflammation are caused by artificial trans fats (basically heart poison) and too much omega 6 (mostly from industrial process plant oils.)

This is a nonsensical comment. 80 billion in green energy "only means that they put up a wind turbine somewhere?" "They still run dirty on everything" despite 25% of their energy budget being renewables?
