Right now I'm in the process of losing fat and building muscle. I'm only 15 so it could be part of the reason but I personally love working on my self like this. I can't imagine going back to sitting around all day drinking soda's and eating chips instead of eating clean and working out everyday. Seeing the results just makes me happy. For me it isn't about how I look to others its about bettering myself each and everyday.

Yeah I've been trying real hard lately to get this weight off. I'm pretty addicted to soda which makes me gain a good amount of weight but I don't eat a lot in a day. I usually only have 1 meal a day. I'm definitely starting to learn that last part. Thank you
