Agree with what others have said....dont just grind....make sure you are constantly moving all of your body parts one by one Hands, feet, hips, arms, shoulders, etc should move to the beat. It's not hard to do, just keep moving as each beat comes. People consider me a good dancer because I make up funny dances like the Drug Macarena, the Planned Parenthood, the Flex, the 1-2, etc. Get creative, people LOVE it.

You sit there and try not to think about anything for 15 minutes or so.....forget the past, the future, negative emotions, and focus on breathing. Basically, slow yourself down and connect your body with your mind. You know that feeling when you get to the beach after you havent been for a while? You take a deep breath and feel relaxed? That is the feeling I am chasing.

I meant material in terms of guided meditations....obviously Buddhism has extensive material but I'm more focused on mindfulness meditation

You don't have to do weight training...you can run, row, etc. Any exercises really. Meditation is paying off more and more. It's a life long practice that I'll never give up and it will just get better and better. It takes time

One thing to point out- this is a bit fluid. If I want to work out more or less and meditate more (or less) one day, that's fine. As long as I do all of these three things

See above, but I don't need a ton of sleep. If the routine is a bit early for people, try going to bed earlier for a while to shift your sleep cycle

So this may differ for everyone, but I only need about 6 hours of sleep per night. I go to bed usually at 11:30 or 12. Obviously if I go out on Friday or Saturday I sleep in and the routine is shifted a bit, but I still try to get it done.

It's tough but you will get there. I got out of my last LTR recently and was in the same funk, but I built it back up in a month or two with seddit, exercise, and meditation. Persistence.

I agreed with what you said in the first part- it would be great for her to see the new me in person. But the part about sharing friends makes me think she just wants to make herself feel better about the situation so she wont alienate my friends from herself.

Totally agree with this, and it's happened to me. HOWEVER having girls as friends is not a bad thing at all. Women are abundant. Being friends with girls allows you to meet new girls they are friends with and when you're out with them, it is so much easier to meet girls. Just don't take dating advice from them.

While I wouldn't get your hopes up there is a slight chance she does like you and has feelings for you, she just doesn't want to bring them out. Just from my experience, tell her you don't want to be just friends or else there is no point in moving it forward.
