I would say that you may have a case of defamation against her. But def talk to lawyer. A lot of them are willing to work on a no win no fee contingency

I don’t think it will. I think it comes down to orientation and the subsequent organization. Granted, every person is an individual, but I’ve noticed that women in general have no issue putting themselves in a general social class of “women” (crossing ethnic, religious bounds) while men tend to have a much harder time conceptualizing themselves in such a uniform class. Because of that, I don’t think it would be able to be a revolution the ordinary sense of the word. There just won’t be “enough” …

Honestly, you have no avenue here except the courts with an action for Defamation. They are more than glad to use the courts against us, give them some of their own medicine. Some lawyers will work on a “no win no fee basis”

Law perspective from Ireland, and most of the common law. Rape is when a man has sex with a female who does not consent to the act and that the men either knows she does not consent or is reckless as to whether she consents No “violence” is necessary for a rape to be committed. All that makes a rape a rape is the lack of consent and the knowledge that that consent is not there. At common law, a women cannot rape a man but she instead would be committing an indecent assault.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
