It’s only ignorant people who think soy has a negative effect on your hormones, cows milk has mammalian estrogen in it which will affect your hormones. Soy has phytoestrogens which won’t anywhere near as much, it actually has a protective effect on humans hormones. A lot of Asian women have an easier time with the menopause because of their heavy soy consumption.

Your anger is there for a reason, it needs to be processed in a sense and allowed to tell you what it needs to. You could try letting it run its course and maybe it’ll disappear. You could try noticing where you feel it in your body and being present with it but trying not to make it go away or seeing it as something that needs to be stopped. These are meditation/awareness type of techniques for dealing with anxiety/sadness/anger. Trying to force it to go away will just prolong it.
