1	Any career advice you would give a mid twenties something? This may seem dumb, but learn excel, and become a master of all of the data in and around your company. Know when numbers go up, down, stay flat. Understand what causes each and be able to talk to what could be done to improve or change the numbers. And I know many companies will hire with little to no experience with the hope that you can pick it up. Another good technology is SharePoint. SharePoint developers have a -400%+ unemployment rate.
