Reread the book. The whole focus of MRP is “fix the man, not the marriage.” It seems like you’re doing things for the wrong reason. You expect her to respond and you’re angry that she’s not, so you have this massive covert contract that begins with “if I” and ends with “then she should.” You gotta get past that. “If I” with no following “then she (or anyone else, for that matter) should”. Total detox from alcohol. Any residual effects are gone. For me, that was a big deal. I was throwing back the better part of a case a day of Bud Light, or a 12-pack of Voodoo Ranger 9% IPA. Naltrexone - I bought mine online at a shady as fuck pharmacy two years ago when I couldn't get it prescribed. It took me six months of hit and miss to take it seriously and stop fucking around with it and follow the Sinclair method. I crossed over one year sober at the end of May. That stuff works.
