First off start drinking a ton of water. It will help immensely. How's your skin condition like? You need a tune up internally if your skin is looking tired. Eat more greens fruits fibre. Drink more liquids preferably water. Sunblock, Skincare is essential to younger looking skin.

Congratulations! I hope to be married myself before 30 too... Agree very much with your post, especially the getting to know your own mind bit before entering a marriage. Right now at 19 you should be looking for and encouraging potential suitors. Control your emotions, never give your body away lightly. For your age I would think guys 5-9 years older would be more inclined towards serious relationships with a view to marriage. The best time to get married in my opinion would be when you've found the right Captain... ideally around ages 23-28. Really depends on your maturity level and whether you've thought through your life goals.

My fondest memories include watching my grandmother and mother cooking and when I was old enough they let me help out in the kitchen and it was so much fun to cook, talk, and eat the delicious food later. Influenced me to have a positive relationship with food and develop good hobbies like cooking, baking, washing up, being family oriented etc.
