Thanks, this is great advice. I've lifted, run, done martial arts and be on a cut religiously. It's the lack of a social circle that I'm struggling with the most. Going from a well known dude about town to a guy with no friends spending most of his time isolated has been the hardest part. Guess this is what I should be focused on.

I didn't want to move in as she has kids. I made sure we discussed this before I came over and she assured my she wasn't looking for a stepdad. That was a lie. Slowly got pressured into taking on more of a role with the children. Did my best but being woken up at 3am by another mans sperm never sat right with me and she could tell.
