These managers have no basic knowledge of the job. It made me weak when my 3% of sales bonus was 3500$ instead of 164k. Hindsight... it was fun when I got $$$ for my stock (not 164k but enough). 6 weeks after I cashed in my stock options, they lost 5 major accounts (8 figures each) and stock held at 30% presale value for 6 months. I made my company 35M Sales, 15.2M Profits in 7 Months. Who got applauded for my work? 3 separate “managers” for 3 separate teams I led for those 7 months. Region management thought they were unicorns bc of the plans I implemented (guess who took all copies of the Business Continuity playbook he crafted when he left... me).
