I dunno. I think they’d get the same punishment for snapping photos of a unconsciousness female patient’s penis, too.

Her handle is @MrsNikyClark. She has two kids. Apparently, some man built something inside her...twice.

Assuming her MD claim is valid (a big assumption), imagine getting through Med School with zero understanding of evolutionary biology. I’d be asking for a refund as should her patients.

The original post you replied to was regarding BAC and police using a breathalyzer. You then stated that the state forcing you to take a breathalyzer was not them trying to do an unlawful search but rather just a means of evidence collection. Then you went on to describe a completely different scenario about a raining a search warrant for a murder weapon. You think it’s “bullshit” that the cops don’t need a warrant to require a breathalyzer. Fortunately, the laws in most states disagree with you…

Let me introduce you to the Fourth Amendment. Ya might wanna brush up on it and quiet your ignorant righteous indignation. This may “seem like bullshit” but thankfully we had smarter people than you authoring the Bill of Rights.

You can tell they're in Florida from the tacky Scarface-esque bedroom setup and the "I'm still in my teens" wardrobe of the psycho bitch.

Holy crap, man. I expressed an opinion you disagreed with and you called me a moron and then you exploded. I never mocked you. Take a fucking Xanax you child. Block away since you can’t seem to control your diarrhea of the keyboard. PS: if this is what you think trolling is let me be the first to welcome you to the internet. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride for ya.

It’s a personal choice, sure. But typos happen and you’re putting very intimate images in to the ether using a network you don’t own or operate.

Honest response: I spoke to a survivor who absolutely believes Ford and is anti Kavanaugh. I explained my position that I have to yield to the sanctity of a presumption of innocence in the absence of evidence over the alternative where any unverifiable claim without corroboration can doom someone. She understood my position, but acknowledged that she does not agree but is obviously influenced by her experience and that I would likely be, too, had I had a similar experience. I can’t relate so I h…

In Texas we have three classifications for murder charges that somewhat equate to the standard degree system. Based on what we know today they don’t seem to fit. They vary based on motive, special status of the victim, or if the murder occurs in combination with another crime. As ridiculous and outrageous the circumstance manslaughter appears to the correct legal charge until we learn more.

This is hardly PPD. Pussypass seldom extends to murder due to stupidity.

I was gonna say that manslaughter seems the appropriate charge given circumstance. However, this entire event is beyond belief. This woman is professionally trained and financed by taxpayers and this is what we get?

I also noticed that the only edited comment on this post is also the one with two typos. She should ask for a refund from her university. Edit: corrected
