You have to do a lot of things to get back out of the negative downward spiral, time and patience is key. Realize it will take time and it’s completely okay that things suck for the moment. 2	Do tattoos increase smv for men? Honestly in norway most chicks dig it. It obviously depends on a lot of factors, is your tattoo well made, is it som stupid random drunk shit; which still gets a few laughs. Ive seen it start more conversations and lead into further things. But i see it more as an permanent accessory i.e jewelry. 1	How to stop comparing myself to other people Change your mindset. Comparing yourself to anyone else makes no sense in any way (people are so different that it’s not conducive to do so). Only compare yourself to your past self(your yesterday self). That’s what only truly matters, and is the most fair and just comparison. 1	Hit me with your RP Studytechniques Im studying Dentistry, What i found works is That i Ask The students who are ahead (year/semester) of me to give me their scripts/notes for the course as well as and most importantly use my own notes. Then basically i go through each topic, after I try to without notes explain /write what I have accumulated. Or actually it goes like this for me : 1.read material 2.
