Oh, the only way I'd be comfortable with her in ANY sort of relationship would be if I hooked her up with my worst enemy. Nah... I couldn't even do THAT. She needs to become the neighborhood crazy cat lady...

And it's reasons like THIS that I'm VERY particular as to whom I date. I have an ex-wife that was like this; why would I want to put myself through this AGAIN? Yeah, I know... I was young and stupid when I married her...

You're absolutely accurate. It's sad. But, if I'm fair, there aren't as many in shape men out there anymore either. Society is turning into blobs. In shape people are an anomaly.

I think ALL women learn camera angles by the time they hit their mid teens anymore. Where I live, almost ALL of them send pics like this.

I think this will become my new catch phrase...

Lol! At this stage of my life, I'm not searching for a relationship. If it happens? Awesome. If not? Idc. I want someone to enhance what I already have. I don't see much out there that will...

Oh, I disagree about not letting them know why. For reference, both of us are 40 plus, and we've known each other since high school. She just recently moved back here, hence WHY it's taken this long. She needed to know how she treated "family". Besides, it made ME feel better to let her know how this disrespected me and my feelings. I've taken in the last several years to openly voicing how others disrespect makes me feel prior to cutting them off from my life. It had NOTHING to do with her and …

Women base what they want and don't want in a man on things he can't control, and men base what we want in a woman on what she CAN control. But... men are a$$holes for that. I have been friend zoned for most of my life. I started carving those ladies out. I don't deserve to be there; no man does. The last one told me I was "family". I told her to not do me any favors, and I refuse to be stuck in her friend zone. I went on to tell her that was humiliating to the man, and I won't accept it. I have…

A friend to pay for everything... and someone to tell him "you're such a nice guy"... moving on without breaking stride...

The "dildo of consequences"... I think I'll have to file that away for future use, along with "hobosexual".

Exactly! You want me to buy you a drink to TALK? Nope

I remember one evening at a club... I was sitting at the bar, and a cute girl walked up and blatantly asked me to buy her a drink. I turned, smiled, and introduced myself and asked her name. She turned and walked away. Problem solved... the trash took itself out. 😁

This is exactly why I always ask a prospective date what SHE brings to the table. When she waves over her body, as if asking if this isn't enough? She might be a one and done, but NEVER gets a second date with me. And that one and done BETTER be worth it, since she pointed out what she brings to the table. Lol! I'm not an ass... I'm just tired of being taken advantage of.

While this is drowning in red flags... one thing jumps out at me yet again. Why is it acceptable for women to choose men based on something out of their control (i.e., height), while you better NEVER choose women based on something they CAN control (i.e., weight)?

Hmm... a woman not willing to "settle" and the men she wants being expected to? Say it ain't so...

Once again... women exclude men based on things they can't control (hair loss, height, etc), but men better NEVER exclude women based on things they CAN control (overweight, pregnant by some loser, etc)...

I agree. I'd rather use my hand.

And women get upset over it, while they feel perfectly justified in their judgements. Equality? Not even close... the goal is dominance. And, most of us will drool and go along in the hopes we get some.

Not disagreeing... I figured it was better to ATTEMPT to be more "middle of the road" instead of putting my personal feelings into what is a very valid question.

I'm going to take a minute and point out something I see over and over. Men have deal breakers that women have a degree of CONTROL over (i.e., being overweight), but deal breakers for women are typically things men CANNOT control (i.e., their height, lack of hair, or endowment). Thoughts?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
