I wish it was as easy as following a 10 step plan but it’s not. My best advice is to focus on yourself and when I say that I mean do things that make you happy as much as possible. I’m more proud of the new happy mind set I’m in now rather than being proud of having sex with multiple women. I used to think I couldn’t get any girls and would get sad at the fact. Started feeling myself honestly. The gym was a huge help. And I have to say I sharpened up my mouth piece. Which is a probably a result of feeling myself and gaining more confidence. Now whenever I slide in dms 6 times out of 10 I get a response. 9 times out of 10 when it’s someone I already know
