The single most important thing I did to improve my communication skillsi think the point is to be able to look back on it and reflect on what needs improving. easier to record and reflect than to try to reflect while in the moment | /r/TheRedPill | 12/02/20 03:41 AM
Stop fetishizing the end goali can tell you already grasp the concept. at its core, it's pursuing goals because you want to and because they satisfy you. i agree with your statement | /r/TheRedPill | 11/02/20 04:43 PM
Stop fetishizing the end goalthen that's not a goal of yours. you are already at a point of satisfaction in that area of your life. this post would instead apply to anything that you are currently pursuing or aiming ro accomplish. the point of this post is to learn to enjoy the journey and process of pushing to reach your goal; to then push past that goal once you reach it; to understand that you're not trying to get to that point just to tell yourself you did it; but to actually do it for yourself and the betterment of you… | /r/TheRedPill | 11/02/20 04:38 PM

A few more ways on dealing with breakups and any form of loss, and pain in general - meditations for the soul.Took me more like 20 months to get over splitting with my ex wife and what helped me to get my head screwed back on was: Basic meditation - focusing on your breathing and emptying your head of everything apart from rising and falling as you breath in and out - and then experiencing the breathing itself (it's really noisy and "massive" - not almost imperceptible like we think) - the first time I really focused on and experienced breathing - or focused on the most basic part of being alive - was a… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/12/19 02:39 PM
A few more ways on dealing with breakups and any form of loss, and pain in general - meditations for the soul.Wonderful post. In the past month, I've taken a LOT of time to myself to heal and figure out who I am, and I can say you hit this right on the nose. Meditating, being aware of your thoughts, accepting reality for what it is. That is what helped me get through my pain. I've never been someone to share my pain w/ others, but I just recently learned how to identify that pain and how to heal from it. I hope a lot more people in this sub see this post and read it in its entirety because men need this | /r/TheRedPill | 26/12/19 02:22 PM
Feeling disconnected from the rest of society, because most people live in a feel-good realityi'm currently on a break from social media, and i can honestly say that it's refreshing. to have that peace of mind is something i feel is taken for granted. i checked my twitter timeline yesterday just to see how it would feel to come back after so long, and i don't miss it one bit. to just go through a few posts and feel disgusted by the shit that i see was enough to keep me off of it for a while. it's crazy the things you start to notice once you take a step back | /r/TheRedPill | 26/12/19 01:30 PM

When I realized the last year of my life has been a liealthough not completely like urs, i've been in a similar situation. u just have to learn that people are out for themselves. often times, in a situation like this, u're being kept in that person's back pocket for consistent validation & attention, so they don't feel alone. don't let one situation cause u to carry baggage in ur future relationships either. everyone gets fucked up by someone at some point in life. u gotta learn to take whatever lessons from the situation and keep moving. this is e… | /r/TheRedPill | 10/12/19 07:05 AM
