Good points all around. I’ll add that strip clubs are one of the best places to build mental frame, or your own sense of value, I would say. I like to go to them and just reject every woman who approaches me. I’m someone who had a hard time saying no to people and it’s a great place to practice doing so. Let a stripper come up to you and do her little sales pitch. Smile, nod, be courteous, and at the end of it give a firm no with direct eye contact and a polite smile. “Wanna dance?” “No thank yo…

I’d also add that it’s important to understand your own attachment style and be aware of your behaviors that manifest from it. Everyone falls into either an anxious or avoidant style, and it stems from your relationship with your parents. Anxious types like myself can very quickly fall into BP behavior—double texting, calling too often, “needyness”. With work you can learn to recognize and manage the symptoms.

She lives about an hour away. Her parents live closer to me, she stays with them on weekends. She had just last week said she wants to see me more during the week, which is part of the reason I was especially mad she cancelled.

I agree it was bitchy. I don’t know when or how to react when I feel I’m being disrespected.

I'm leaning towards not texting again. My texts usually are minimal, like ephemeral said I lost frame and I had to let it out. I knew it was a bad move but it's a weakness.

Yeah I agree I'm not a huge priority to her, and I haven't tried to position myself as one. What would you do after a week if she doesn't contact again?

I guess I misunderstood then, I thought you were talking about men not bothering with women. But yes I absolutely disagree with the idea that women don’t exercise agency. They do it all the time, not limited to just within relationships.

“It’s just easier not to bother” is the bluest of blue pills. It’s defeatist, nihilistic, and completely spineless. It’s the utter antithesis of this whole thing. Redpill is about taking charge of your interactions with people, women included, not direct control of them. Your post reeks of feminisim in disguise.

In case it’s not obvious: if you have proof of your wife stepping out, don’t confront them. Consult a divorce lawyer and do not let on that you plan to leave them

negging strippers seems like a good way to get a drink in your face and bounced out. in my very limited experience with strippers, they tolerate about 1-2 minutes of banter before they ask for a drink/dance and if you aren't interested they're walking off. not really prime material to work with. if they sense you're wasting their time they won't play ball. and fuck tipping bouncers this ain't goodfellas lol

You have to change your mentality when you think about her, plain and simple. For me, I had a mantra that I would say when I thought of her, “she doesn’t want me anymore, but that’s an opportunity to find someone who does. She did you a favor” You have all the freedom in the world now to find someone better. This is someone who had oneitis for a girl I dated for like half a year, and didnt get over for 2 years. Remind yourself how absurd it is to dwell on one girl out of the countless others you…

You clearly resent her kid and it probably manifests itself in your behavior around him. He's the innocent one in this and doesn't deserve a negative figure like you around him. No one's calling you out for this but you're a total piece of shit for being in his life, indirectly filling the role of a father. You're complacent, as is his mother. Fuck you, you deserve it anything you get.

Common sense but remember to always claim you're a great multi-tasker when it relates to employment. Corporate types love hearing that it's one of your skills even though evidence proves humans don't perform optimally when doing so.

You don't need some kind of personal confrontation to move on from a girl or to make it official. It's no more a valid way to break up. All it takes is his will and determination. He could have ghosted her, it's more than she deserved. Delete number, block her socials, peace out
