I've had multiple people in my life get mad at me for not saying "bless you" when they sneezed. One of those people was an atheist, and she wouldn't shut up about how rude I was, while being rude and yelling at me over it. People are ridiculous about their ritualistic politeness sometimes, its so weird to me.

False pregnancies dont happen when a woman think her uterus feels full or something... Its caused by hormonal imbalances. You know, like the exact same hormones they give to trans women on hrt, the symptoms of which include many side effects linked to false pregnancies. When she starts to say she had a miscarriage, worry. Otherwise, maybe dont be so judgemental straight off the bat.
