What a joke. Put a penis on her and it would be Assault with a weapon - 6 months incarceration plus anger management course plus 6 months probation.

Women at any age are like IEDs. You never know when one is going to explode if you get too close.

Don't you just want to rape those women who say that!

No reference in the article to charges against the women for false accusations. They're worth, what? -- 12 years in jail!

Of course the accuser will now face 12 years in jail and be put on the sex offenders list for life.

Not true. Re: Divorce Support. I was in court and watched a judge order a person to hand in his passport before the end of the day or be put in jail. Brampton. Canada.

Now that you mentioned your intention to leave the country, you're screwed. You will have your passport revoked or held or cancelled by court order. The day you said, I do, you were fucked.

No. She wouldn't get the same sentence for getting a boy pregnant.

It's time we provided special washrooms for hermaphrodites (having characteristics of both genders). Update for hermaphrodites.

Dude, you're screwed - for life. And there isn't another one. Leave the country before they take away your passport.

As a man, I can unequivocally state that every time I ask a woman for my opinion I am told to say no. Hand me my bra and panties please.

she probably got a shorter sentence because she threatened to accuse the judge of rape.

He should sue for spousal support for the years he was dependent on her for his 'livelihood' since she obviously was the primary breadwinner.

We need to be more direct in our approach so there is no misunderstanding. If they say they don't want you holding the door for them, go through first and close it before they can step through. Make sure it is closed completely so there is no assistance provided. Don't say bubbly. Don't say your headlights are on. Say your nipples are hard. There, no misunderstanding.

When a woman rides a horse and rubs herself against the horse during the 'rhythm of the ride' should the horse feel violated?

Very true. Next door neighbour went through a divorce just before me. Recorded his ex stating her lawyer was a real bitch! He happened to have it and played it in front of her lawyer. Red faces! Lawyer took her client (the ex) out of the room and came back with an agreement to settle. LOL

If you are less than 65 years of age, provoke an attack by her; then 'respond' in self-defence. It is better to spend 10 years in jail with the hope of moving on with your life thereafter than spending the rest of your life being held financial and emotional hostage. Your children will eventually come around. Better than letting the 'stockholm syndrome' take effect when the mother starts deriding you and using them to get at you (all said tongue in cheek). Seriously, mediation/arbitration is the…
