OYS # 5 41, 182cm, 120kg, CL married 7Y, 2 kids Read TRM 1-3, FF, Praxeology 1-3, The Married Man Sex Life Primer, reading Practical Female Psych. I haven’t written anything down in over 6 months, I haven’t felt the need as I had nothing to remark. But I do now. Can someone give me a she…she…sheesh count at the end? A few months ago I did the thing, the thing we’ve all read about - but hopefully most of you don’t do. But plenty of you still will do. I asked for sex. Rationally, stated my needs a…

OYS # 4 41 182cm 120.5kg common law married 2 kids Read NMMNG, TRM 1,2 and 3 and the 3 RS books still on loop. Physical goal - get back to 100kgs. 5/7 days this week over 10k Didn’t do my planned 24H fast but still managed 5/7 days of intermittent fasting. Still haven’t touched sugar in almost a month. Down 1 more KG. Lifting may be off the table for me, big nerve pains and DOMs for a whole week like I’ve never felt from squatting 20KGs. This prison of a body is a challenge but it’s my challenge…

The only med is Ozempic and my doc doesn't want to touch it with my issues. Insulin blockers/boosters can't help. My severe hyperinsulinism is a fact but my other excuses are infact excuses.

Mainly because I'm worried I can't stay away from shitty food. This level of training can offset falling off the wagon, but yes the health risk is dumb. 25 days since my last piece of shitty/sugary food though. The other things is I used to run 5km every day at 98kgs- 3 years ago. I have old cravings for those endorphins too like an old drug addiction. Plus that running let me indulge. I have issues with my TDEE calculation calories in/out. It never works as I was born with hyperinsulinism, my "…

OYS # 3 41 182cm 121.5kg common law married 2 kids Read NMMNG, TRM 1,2 and 3 and the 3 RS books still on loop. Physical goal - get back to 100kgs. 7/7 days this week over 10k steps with 3 days over 20k. Intermittent fasting was a bust this week, I told myself I needed anti-inflammatories every morning but some of those mornings I was just a pussy. New weights have arrived and have begun some slow maintenance lifts. Down another 1 kg, keen to attempt a 24 hour fast due to pussing out last week. F…

All the introspection is on point. But one thing, wanting her to desire you - female desire as we'd like to think of it doesn't exist. It's a show they put on before commitment. After (if it's healthy) it's happy, enthusiastic compulsion to make you happy. Women are only horny when they're single or cheating, they don't need to be and it's not their fault or our problem. If it was starfish it would mean it's unhealthy and borderline rape. Posting here means your desperate for a push. Getting del…

So you did the "dancing monkey improvement" routine and sex got better, that's a win. But did you put in the work for you or for her - hoping she'd fall in line? That's where I used to fuck up, maybe sometimes still - it's so hard to shed this paradigm. You need to keep working I believe as do I, either she's going to spend another year with this man who keeps improving and get worried she doesn't want to get left behind and figure it out and make changes. But by that time you'll have done enoug…

OYS # 2 41 182cm 122.5kg common law married 2 kids Read NMMNG, TRM 1,2 and 3 and the 3 RS books multiple times. Everything else is queued up in audible. Physical goal - get back to 100kgs. 6/7 days this week over 10k steps with 2 days over 20k. Tomorrow (payday) I will be buying a barbell and weights to restart lifting. Eyeing off a few cheap squat racks too. 2 x intense interval cardio sessions also banked. Intermittent fasting 5/7 days with 2 days being 20 hour fasts. Frame goal - I know who I…

OYS #1 41 182cm 125kg common law married 2 kids Read NMMNG, TRM 1,2 and 3 and the 3 RS books multiple times. Everything else is queued up in audible. Physical goal - get back to 100kgs - walking every day, recent (and regular) infections put a dent in my lifting schedule. Always loved and still love lifting, it kills me that my body is ruining it for me. Chronic Fibromyalgia and ADA Deficiency for 2 years with no signs of slowing down. I'm getting better at knowing when to train through the pain…
